Our Story

Real Relationships. Useful Conversations. Stronger Businesses.

Women in Business Connections was created four years ago by Stephanie Munson, who saw a need for a different kind of business community for women.

The idea was simple: create a place where women could learn, connect, and build real relationships without the pressure that often comes with traditional networking.

Over the years, WIBC has grown into a local business support community focused on practical education, honest conversation, and meaningful connections.

In 2026, WIBC became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, giving the organization a stronger foundation to expand its programs, partnerships, and support for women in business.

What has not changed is the heart of WIBC: helping women build stronger businesses through useful learning and real relationships.
