Women in Business Connections is led by women who believe business relationships should feel supportive, useful, and real. Our board helps guide WIBC’s programs, community, and mission.
Founder and Executive Director
Stephanie Munson is the founder of Women in Business Connections and owner of Moxie Creative Solutions, a marketing agency serving small businesses and solo entrepreneurs.
She created WIBC to give women in business a place to build real relationships, share knowledge, and grow without the pressure and awkwardness that can come with traditional networking.
Stephanie leads WIBC’s vision, programming, partnerships, and continued growth throughout the Inland Empire and East San Gabriel Valley.
Vice President
Diana Ordaz-Cherrington is a longtime Inland Empire resident, business owner, and community leader committed to creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and underserved communities.
After nearly a decade in a large Southern California healthcare system, Diana founded Alpha Prime Health Insurance Solutions, where she helps seniors and underserved families better understand their healthcare options.
Diana also serves as President of the California Multicultural Business Alliance, where she helps connect entrepreneurs with education, resources, partnerships, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Her leadership is rooted in collaboration and follow-through, bringing businesses, organizations, and community partners together to turn ideas into programs that make a real difference.
Secretary
Valerie Novelo is a small business owner, mortgage professional, and community connector with a passion for building meaningful relationships.
As co-owner of The Super Mortgage Bros., she has spent years working with families, local professionals, and fellow small business owners throughout the community. She is also the founder of Violet House, an initiative focused on bringing people together through intentional gatherings and meaningful conversation.
Valerie believes strong communities are built when people share resources, support one another, and take the time to form genuine connections.
Community & Member Engagement
Daniella Quintero is the owner of Busy D Cleaning, a local commerical cleaning company built around reliability, trust, and taking care of the details that matter. As a small business owner, she understands firsthand what it takes to build a reputation, serve clients well, and grow through strong relationships.
As WIBC’s Community & Member Engagement lead, Daniella helps create a welcoming experience for both members and guests. She supports member connections, encourages involvement, and helps make sure people feel included rather than lost in the room.
Her practical, people-first approach brings an important perspective to the board and supports WIBC’s goal of building a business community where relationships can grow naturally.
