WIBC Event Policies
We want every WIBC gathering to feel welcoming, clear, and comfortable. Please review these event and guest policies before attending.
Guest Attendance Policy
During 2026, guests may attend up to two WIBC meetings before deciding whether membership is right for them. Beginning in 2027, this two-meeting guest limit will apply consistently.
Media Notice
Photos and videos may be taken during WIBC events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an organizer when you arrive.
